[ Allen Passalaqua ]

Allen Passalaqua is an American graphic designer whose current specialty is comic book coloring.

He worked for five years in San Diego, California, where he acted as a computer colorist on comic books such as Living In Infamy published by Ludocivo Technique. The series, created by comic book writers Deric A. Hughes and Ben Raab focuses on super powered characters who live in a Witness Protection Town for Super Criminals.

This early independent work opened the doors to DC Comics. He was the colorist on Countdown Presents: The Serach for Ray Palmer: Wildstorm written by Ron Marz and illustrated by Angel Unzueta. He also worked on a few issues of JSA Classified and an arc of JLA Classified by Roger Stern and John Byrne. He is now coloring DC's new weekly series, Trinity, written by Kurt Busiek and illustrated by Mark Bagley.

Passalaqua is also a still photographer and a painter.
